On behalf of the state learned AGP states that considering the facts it is found that the impugned orders cannot be sustained and that the matter is now been referred to respondent no.1 after which an appropriate order can be passed. Meanwhile the impugned orders are liable to be set aside. In view of the above, I pass the following order : (i) By consent impugned orders dated 3 rd January, 2017 and 18 th April, 2017 Exhibit "E" and "I" to this petition are hereby set aside. (ii) The respondents concerned are at liberty to pass a fresh reasoned order after hearing the petitioner.
