ORDER

(i) The respondent will pay and the petitioner will accept sum of Rs.35 lakhs in full and final settlement of all the claims of the petitioner in relation to the subject matter of the petition ; (ii) This amount of Rs.35 lakhs will be paid in six installments as under :-

(a) Rs.6,00,000/- on or before 20.1.2016 (b) Rs.6,00,000/- on or before 20.2.2016 (c) Rs.6,00,000/- on or before 20.3.2016 (d) Rs.6,00,000/- on or before 20.4.2016 (e) Rs.6,00,000/- on or before 20.5.2016 (f) Rs.5,00,000/- on or before 20.6.2016.

(iii) In the event of default of any one installment, the petition will get restored and admitted without further notice to the respondent and within two weeks of the restoration and admission the petition will also get advertised in `Free Press Journal' in English and `Navshakti' in Marathi with the returnable date six weeks thereafter.
