The learned counsel for the parties submits that this Petition may be disposed of by directing the Respondent No. 4 - Secretary, S.R.A to decide the Petitioner's representation dated 9th November, 2016. It is not in dispute that earlier Secretary who had heard the matter or the representation could not pass any order and in the meantime he stood retired.

In the circumstances, as agreed by the learned counsel for the parties, we dispose of this Petition by directing the Respondent No. 4 - Secretary, S.R.A. to take appropriate decision on the Petitioners' representation dated 9th November, 2016 after Vishal Parekar 1/2
903-wpl-2893-2017.doc giving due opportunity of hearing to the Petitioners and all concerned. While deciding the Petitioners' representation, the said authority is take into consider the directions of this Court in Writ Petition No. 3035 of 2015 dated 16th March, 2016. 3.
Parties to appear before the Secretary, S.R.A. on 20th December, 2017 at 11.00 am.

The Respondent No. 4- Secretary, S.R.A to decide the aforesaid application as expeditiously as possible but in any case not later than three months from the date of appearance of the parties before him.

All contentions are kept open.
