By an order dated 27th November, 2014, this Court passed the following order :
"1. The above Company Petition has come up for hearing and final disposal. The learned Advocate for the Petitioner informs the Court that they are desirous of filing consent Terms in the matter and withdraw the above Petition. Since the above Company Petition is admitted and advertised, the Company Registrar shall advertise the proposed withdrawal of the Company Petition in Free Press Journal ( in English) and Navshakti ( in Marathi ) informing the workers/creditors of the Company that the parties have settled the matter and the Petitioner is desirous of withdrawing the above Company Petition and invite claims if any, from the workers/creditors of the Company. It shall be mentioned in the advertisement that if no claims are received by the Company Registrar on or
Nitin 926-CP-447-2011 before the adjourned date, the Court shall proceed to pass appropriate orders in the matter including the order of allowing the Petitioner to withdraw the above Petition. The Company undertakes to deposit on or before 01-12-2014 an amount of Rs.13,500/- with the Company Registrar towards on account advertisement charges. Stand over to 18-122014". 2.
Pursuant thereto, the Company Registrar has issued advertisements and filed a compliance report dated 18th December, 2014, inter alia stating that the Registry has not received any claims in response to the said advertisement.

In view thereof, the above Company Petition is disposed of as withdrawn. The learned Advocate for the Respondent Company shall pay an amount of Rs.1,332/- to the Registry towards publication charges. Upon receipt of the same, the Registry shall forthwith make payment to the Publication House.
