PIL is filed by the Petitioners seeking cancellation of allotment, and for further consequential relief, such as demolition of the building, which is constructed by Respondent No. 5. In our view, the applicants are proper and necessary party to the PIL. Notice of motion is therefore, allowed and disposed of in terms of prayer clause (a). Amendment to be carried out within 4 weeks.
