In view of the disposal of the petitions, the miscellaneous application pending therein do not survive. Notice of Motion No. 2225 of 2016 is, accordingly, disposed of.

The Court Receiver appointed as an interim order in the matter on 25 August 2016 to stand discharged without passing accounts. The Petitioner to bear costs, charges and expenses of the receiver. Upon the Receiver communicating such costs, charges and expenses to the Petitioner, the same will be paid to the Court Receiver within three weeks.
