By the present Interim Application the Applicant seeks to amend Schedule-I to the Testamentary Petition No. 2828 of 2019. By the Amendment addition of one immovable property is sought to be made. There is no opposition to this . In fact the ground on which the amendment is sought is because of existence of the property was pointed out by the caveators. . 2.

In view of this Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause A.B.Kakde 1/2
