Heard. By this petition, the Petitioner is seeking direction to Respondent No. 2 not to take any coercive steps as per the impugned order dated 29th September 2016 for the period of eight weeks to enable the Petitioner to file appropriate proposal for the regularisation of notice structure. Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner also submitted that in case the regularisation application which is proposed to be filed by the Petitioner is rejected, the Petitioner at his own cost will remove the notice structure within the period of four weeks from the date of rejection of his regularisation application.

In the light of above, we dispose of this writ petition by passing following order :

-: O R D E R :- [1] The Petitioner is granted liberty to file an application before the Competent Authority for regularisation of the notice structure.
Application shall be submitted within four weeks from today and through a licenced architect.
[2] In the event such an application is filed within four weeks from today, the Competent Authority shall decide the same as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within the period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the same.
[3] Till the decision on application to be filed by the Petitioner, both parties shall maintain status quo as of today regarding the notice structure.
