Heard the learned counsel for the parties. The applicants in the Chamber Summons will be at least proper parties to the writ petition if not necessary parties. The learned counsel for the writ petitioner states that he will implead the applicants as party respondent No.4 in the main writ petition. Accordingly,Chamber Summonses are made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b).

Necessary amendment shall be carried out by the writ petitioner to the writ petition

The Advocate for the writ petitioner to serve a copy of the amended petition to the Advocate for the applicant who takes notice of the writ petition.
