The counsel for petitioner and counsel for respondent state that the signatories to the consent terms are present in Court and identify them.

Order in terms of the consent terms. The statement of respondent company in paragraph 1 of the consent terms is accepted as an undertaking to this Court. Mr. Somarao Kulkarni, authorised signatory of respondent company states that he has authority to give undertaking on his own behalf and on behalf of respondent company and all the directors of the company to the effect that the payments will be made on the dates Gauri Gaekwad
