This notice of motion has been taken out for condonation of one day delay in filing an appeal from the order dated 24th February, 2017 passed by the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal.

We have perused affidavit of Mr. Akhilesh Srivastava, Deputy Commissioner of Income Tax (Exemptions), Mumbai dated 13th October 2017 in support of this motion and find that the reasons given therein warrant condonation of delay.
