I find that even the first notice is not issued. The Petitioner and his Advocate are put to notice that from this point onward they will not be entitled for any adjournment either before the Court or the Registry and that they will comply with all requisitions and objections within the specified period and without seeking any extensions of time. The learned Advocate accepts this as a 28th November 2016
