Shri Cama appearing for petitioner states that parties have settled the matter and entered into consent terms dated 27.7.2018. Parties tendered consent terms dated 27.7.2018 that is signed by respondent no.1, respondent no.2, authorized signatory of petitioner and their respective advocates. The same is taken on record and marked `X' for identification.

Shri Cama on instructions confirms having received sum of Rs.1,50,00,000/-. As regards the balance amount of Rs.1 crore, respondent nos.1 & 2 have given an undertaking to pay the same in 3 KJ

2/2 CNPCP15.17.doc installments as mentioned in the consent terms. The undertakings in the consent terms are accepted and so ordered. This court has to note that respondents have committed breach of various orders and therefore, any breach of the undertakings given in this consent terms will be viewed as a continued and aggravated breach of undertakings given to this court. The undertakings given by petitioner also are accepted. In view of the above, Petition stands disposed. Prothonotary and Senior Master to return the passport of Ms.Shruti Lunkad who shall remain present in court and shall also surrender the passport as and when directed by this court. Show Cause Notice stands discharged.
