The present Interim Application has been filed seeking an amendment to Schedule - I to Testamentary Petition No.722 of 2017. 2.

This Court was pleased to grant the Letters of Administration in respect of the property and credits of one Raghunath Madhukar Kulkarni to the Applicant on 31/10/2017.

The learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Applicant submits that post the grant of Letters of Administration, the Applicant has become aware Mugdha

2 16-IA 5131-22 in TP 722-17.doc of another bank account standing jointly in the name of the deceased and wife of the deceased, viz., Asmita Raghunath Kulkarni, who passed away on 21/10/2010, i.e., before the deceased.

I have heard learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Applicant, perused the papers and find that the said Interim Application needs to be allowed in the interest of justice.

The Interim Application is therefore allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b) which read as under :- "a.

The delay of 1707 days be condoned.

b.

Be pleased to allow, to amend the petition as per the draft schedule annexed and marked as Exhibit-B to the present application and allow consequential amendments in the above Petition. And the same to be incorporated in the Original Grant issued in T. P. No.722 of 2017."

Amendments to be carried out on or before 10/02/2023. 7.
