When the matter was called out in the morning session, the Court asked Ms. Kothari appearing for applicant to find out how much they will be able to pay immediately. Ms. Kothari requested to keep the matter back to enable her to revert with instructions and the matter was stood over to post-lunch session.

Notwithstanding disposal of the company application, all office objections to be removed and the application to be numbered within two weeks.
