By this petition, the petitioner has impugned the order dated 30th June, 2007 passed by the learned Divisional Joint Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Mumbai Division, Mumbai, dismissing the Revision Application filed by the petitioner (646 of 2003) and granting an opportunity to the applicant to approach the society for membership if the petitioner was nominee of the deceased Smt.Vimal Randive along with required documents and papers. Learned Divisional Joint Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Mumbai Division, Mumbai held that the revision application was not maintainable on the ground that the impugned order challenged by the petitioner in the said revision application was not an order. 1/2

The petitioner, who appears in person states that pursuant to the said order dated 30th June, 2007 passed by learned Divisional Joint Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Mumbai Division, Mumbai, the petitioner had filed an application to the society for membership. The respondent no.1 society however, has rejected the said application.

In view of implementation of the order passed by learned Divisional Joint Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Mumbai Division, Mumbai on 30th June, 2007, nothing survives in this writ petition. The writ petition is infructuous and is accordingly dismissed. 4.
Rule is discharged. No order as to costs.
