63-ITXA-221-2015.doc earlier assessment year in Income Tax Appeal Nos.2345 of 2013 and 2367 of 2013 and the said issues are decided against the Revenue under judgment dated 27th June 2016 in the aforesaid appeals.

In light of the above and for the reasons given in the order dated 27th June 2016 in Income Tax Appeal Nos.2345 of 2013 and 2367 of 2013, the present appeal also stands dismissed. No costs.
