The amendment sought is to delete the name of Petitioner No. 2 and to bring on record the names of Petitioners Nos. 1 to 4 as Petitioners Nos. 2 to 4 in their capacity as heirs and legal representatives of deceased Petitioner No. 2. A delay is also sought to be condoned.
