This notice of motion is taken out by the original Plaintiff for an exparte decree. The basis of the application is that despite directions given in the order dated 18 April 2015, the Defendants have not filed written statements. By an order passed on the companion notice of motion, namely, Notice of Motion No.1610/2015 and Notice of Motion (Lodging) No.2990/2015, this Court has already permitted the respective Defendants to file their additional written statements to the suit.

Accordingly, the present notice of motion does not survive and the same is disposed of.
