By this notice of motion the applicant seeks recall of the order dated 22nd November, 2012 by which this Court had admitted Arbitration Petition No. 1056 of 2012 and Arbitration Petition No. 1087 of 2012. The applicant herein was absent when the matter was called out. The notice of motion is filed in the year 2015. 2.

In these circumstances, I am not inclined to recall the said order dated 22nd November, 2012. The hearing of both these petitions i.e. Arbitration Petition No. 1056 of 2012 and 1087 of 2012 1/2

35-NMS-2154-2015 is expedited. Notice of motion for recall of order is rejected. No order as to costs.
