DATE :

13th OCTOBER, 2016 P.C.

The Learned Counsel for the Petitioners after arguing for sometime on instructions states that the Petitioners in the above Petitions would not press the above Petitions and would be satisfied if a reasonable time is given to them to vacate the structures occupied by them. In my view considering that the festival of Diwali is on the anvil, it would be just and proper to grant the Petitioners in both the Petitions time up to 20-11-2016 to vacate the structures in question. The Learned Counsel for the Petitioners on instructions of the son of the Petitioner No.4 in Writ Petition (L) No.2678 of mmj

wpl-2675&2678-16-(17 & 18) 2016 states the Petitioners would vacate the structures in question by 20-112016. The said statement is accepted as an undertaking to this Court. The Petitioners are put to notice that they would not apply for any extension nor would any extension be granted by this Court. The Petitions are accordingly allowed to be withdrawn and dismissed as such. [R.M.SAVANT, J] mmj
