At the outset, the counsel for the plaintiffs-applicants seeks leave to amend the Schedule annexed to the chamber summons. For the reasons mentioned in the affidavit in support, the chamber summons is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and accordingly disposed. Amendment to be carried out and amended cause title to be served upon the defendants one week from today. Within one week from today, parties to also file their respective affidavit of documents.
