Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

Both the Counsel submits that connected Writ Petitions disposed of by this Court (Coram : N.M. Jamdar, J) by order dated 29.02.2016.

The learned counsel for the respondent submits that they have no objection if the present petition also disposed of for the reasoned recorded by this Court in order dated 29.02.2016. He further submits that they already deposited sum of Rs.19,001.41 in the Registry of this Court. He submits that he received instructions from his client that they have no objection if the said amount is withdrawn by the petitioner without furnishing any security. He submits that they are ready to pay cost of Rs.2,000/- to the petitioner on or before 15.01.2017.

In view of above mentioned facts, following order is passed:

a) Writ Petition is disposed of for the reasons recorded by this Court (Coram : N.M. Jamdar, J) in order dated 29.02.2016 in Writ Petition No. 2335 of 2015 with connected matters. b) Petitioner is permitted to withdraw the amount deposited by the respondent with Registry of this Court along with accrued interest if any, without furnishing any security.

c) Respondent to pay sum of Rs.2,000/- by way of cost which was awarded by the Labour Court to the petitioner or his Advocate on or before 15.01.2017.
