1. The counsel for the Plaintiff submits that the claim of the Plaintiff has been amicably settled. Therefore the Plaintiff seeks to withdraw the present Suit.

2. There is no caveat against release of the Defendant vessel. Therefore the Defendant vessel is ordered to be forthwith released from the order of arrest dated 10th September 2015. In view of the urgency, the warrant of release is dispensed with.

3. The Plaintiff is at liberty to communicate this order along with the letter from the Sheriff of Mumbai to all Authorities/Port and Customs by Fax/Email/hand delivery.

4. All parties to act on the ordinary copy of this order duly authenticated by an associate of this court.

5. The Plaintiffs undertake to pay poundage as per rules within two weeks from today.

6. The Suit is disposed off as withdrawn. Refund of court fees, if any, as per rules.
