Perused the Notice of Motion and the Affidavit in support thereto. I am satisfied that the Advocate for the Applicant / Plaintiff was unable to remain present before this Court on 9th June, 2014 since he was attending to his wife, who is unwell since a very long time. In fact, the said Advocate has currently accompanied his wife to the United States for medical treatment. The order dated 9th June, 2014 is therefore set aside and the Suit is restored to file. Place the Suit for directions on 10th June, 2015, first on board.
