1] The notorazied representative of Plaintiff No.1 has filed an Affidavit affirmed on 13.10.2023, which is accompanied with the Settlement Terms executed on 16.12.2021.

2] In the wake of the aforesaid settlement terms, the permission is sought to withdraw the Commercial Suit. Permission granted. Commercial Suit No.312/2022 stands withdrawn as withdrawn. Refund of court fees, if any, shall be permitted as per Rules. 3] In the wake of disposal of Commercial Suit, Interim Application stands disposed off.
