Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitionerapplicant. The writ petition filed by the petitioner was dismissed for non prosecution by order dated 18th June, 2015. In view of the statements made in the affidavit in support of the Notice of Motion, a case for restoration is made out. Accordingly, the Notice of Motion is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a) and (aa). The Notice of Motion stands disposed of accordingly. The Writ Petition shall be immediately added to the final hearing board as per its turn.
