Considered the official liquidator's report. The same is disposed of in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b), (c) and (d). Official Liquidator shall, however, not to disclose the valuation given by M/s. Shyam Agrawal & Associates for the movables and immovable assets of the company. The Valuation Report to be put back in a cover and the cover to be sealed and kept in the custody of the official liquidator. Whichever party is interested, may inspect the movables and make an offer based on their estimation of its value.
