Accepted. The two heirs of the deceased are the Petitioner and his mother. The mother has granted consent. Hence, the issuance of a proclamation is dispensed with. The petition is made returnable forthwith and is taken up for hearing and final disposal. 2.
The Petitioner seeks a Legal Heirship Certificate under Section 2 of Bombay Regulation VIII of 1827 in respect of one Paman Ghanshyamdas Mulani alias Mulani Paman Ghanshyamdas, who is said to have died in Dubai, UAE on 21st March 2017. A copy of his death certificate with a translation issued by the Consulate of India in Dubai is annexed.

The deceased was permanently resident at Konark Indra Prasth, B Block, 5th Floor, Room No. 13, Sarvodaya Nagar, Mulund (West), Mumbai 400 080. He is said to have died intestate. The deceased was survived by his widow, Geeta Paman Mulani, aged 78 years, and their married daughter Deepa. The parents of the deceased died before him. There are no other heirs. 4.
The Legal Heirship Certificate is required for the purposes of production before Courts and Authorities in Dubai in respect of the deceased's estate.

No other Petition for a heirship certificate, succession certificate, probate or letters of administration with or without will annexed has been filed. There is no impediment to the grant of relief.

The petition is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a) in favour of the persons mentioned in the table below paragraph 4, namely, Geeta Paman Mulani and Deepa Paman Mulani. 7.
All concerned to act on an authenticated copy of this order. 8.
