By this petition filed under section 37 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, the petitioners seek to impugn the order passed by the learned arbitrator rejecting an application filed by the petitioners under section 17 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 inter alia praying for interim measures. The order has been passed by the learned arbitrator on 5th October,2016. No ad-interim order has been passed by this Court till date in this petition. The matter is already at the advance stage before the learned arbitrator.

I do not propose to interfere with the impugned order passed by the learned arbitrator. The learned arbitrator is directed to decide the main matter on its own merits without being influenced by the observations made and the conclusion drawn in the impugned order

Arbitration petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
