The present appeal pertains to Assessment Year 20042005. The learned counsel for the appellant fairly concedes that the question raised in the present appeal were subject matter for consideration in assessee's own case for the assessment year avk 1/2

44-ITXA-239-2015.doc 2002-2003 and 2003-2004 in Income Tax Appeal Nos.1781 of 2014 and 1748 of 2014. The said questions are decided against the Revenue and in favour of the assessee.

In light of the above, no substantial question of law arises. The appeal is dismissed. No costs.
