Respondent) to deposit Rs.1,00,00,000/- in terms of Order dated 19th March 2018 passed in Company Petition No.270 of 2015 and 181 of 2015 with the Prothonotary and Senior Master, High Court, Bombay on or before 19th September 2018 with liberty to the Petitioner to withdraw the amount from the Hon'ble Court and the order dated 19th March 2018 may kindly be modified accordingly.
