Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner having taken instructions from his client seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to make an application / representation for regularisation of the subject structure. Leave with liberty as prayed for is granted. Writ petition is allowed to be withdrawn and is dismissed as such.

In the event such an application / representation is filed by the Petitioner within four weeks from today before the Competent Authority through the licenced architect, the same shall be decided by the Competent Authority within four weeks of its receipt. During the pendency and till the decision on such application / representation of the Petitioner, the Corporation shall not take any coercive action patilsr 1 / 2

under the notice impugned in the writ petition. In the event order passed on such representation is adverse to the interest of the Petitioner, the same shall not be given effect to for the period of two weeks from the date of service of such order on the Petitioner. 3.

Writ petition stands disposed of.
