On instructions from the officer Mr. Vijay Mishra, Ward Inspector of M/E Ward learned Counsel for the Respondent BMC submits that the Respondent will not pursue the impugned warrant of attachment Exhibit-B & C. However, the Respondent Corporation will pursue the warrant of attachment issued in the year 2015.
