Heard. The Petitioner's grievance is that by communication dated 4 th July, 2015 Exhibit-I-9 the Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai rejected the Petitioner's application for approaching Review Committee (PRC).

Perused the relevant documents placed on record. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner and the learned Counsel appearing for the Corporation. The learned Senior Counsel for Respondent No.2 submits that the other bidder had

WP.272/2016(907) already approached the PRC.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the contesting claims of the parties, we observe that the Petitioner is entitled to approach the PRC. The Committee would deal with the issue on its own merits.

The Petitioner would approach the PRC within 2 weeks from today.

The Petition is accordingly disposed of.
