This Arbitration Petition, challenging the interim orders passed by the Arbitrator under Section 17 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, is sought to be withdrawn by the Petitioner, on the ground that all interim orders passed in the reference have been vacated by the Arbitrator under his order dated 25th January 2015.

The Petition is dismissed, as withdrawn.
