Ms. Ranka states that petitioner has not been able to take further steps since Mr. Parekh suffer cardiac arrest three weeks ago. Ms.Ranka requests for extension of the stay which was passed on 12th August 2022 while disposing the petition.

Accordingly, further period of four weeks is granted to petitioner. The impugned order dated 30th June 2022 will not be acted upon upto and including 30th November 2022.
