Having regard to the reliefs sought, the above Writ Petition is not maintainable. The same is accordingly dismissed. However, it will be open to the Petitioner to file a suit seeking the reliefs sought in the Petition. Needless to state that the same would be tried on its own merits and in accordance with the law.
