CORAM: G.S. PATEL, J DATED:
19th July 2016 PC:- 1.
The Notice of Motion seeks that the hearing of the Suit be expedited.
2.
The Notice of Motion is unnecessary. An application on praecipe would have served this as well. However, there is a peculiar problem in the sense that although contested, on account of some administrative lapse, the Testamentary Petition was never 19th July 2016
11-NMT-154-2015.DOC renumbered as a Suit in time. It is only very recently that I directed it to be renumbered and it has now been given number as Testamentary Suit No.60A of 2002.
3.
Issues have not been framed yet.
4.
List the Suit for framing issues on 3rd August 2016. 5.
The Notice of Motion is disposed of in these terms with no order as to costs.
