Learned Counsel appearing for the Insolvent seeks discharge of Rule Nisi on the ground that all the requisitions have now been complied with by his client. The last outstanding requisition was to submit a copy of the resignation from the directorship of Fortune Foods Company. Learned Counsel submits that such resignation has been duly submitted to the Board of Directors of the Company and a copy thereof has been submitted to the Official Assignee. Official Assignee confirms the same.

Accordingly, Rule Nisi is discharged. The Insolvent to scrupulously comply with requisitions, as and when made by the Official Assignee, and attend all dates of examination, as and when called by the Official Assignee.
