In view of earlier order of this Court directing Consumer Forum to decide interim application expeditiously, the Consumer Forum after some delay has admitted the matter. Now the grievance is that the main complaint itself be expeditiously decided. Why matter should be heard out of turn by Consumer Forum is not being demonstrated. Hence, with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Consumer Forum to point out special circumstances for out of turn hearing and thereafter with further liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court, if any cause of action survives, we dispose of the present petition.
