P.C.: This Chamber Order is taken out for service of Citation upon "all concerned" as per Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

Perused Schedule.

As per Schedule, Petitioner is seeking to publish Citation in two newspapers viz. 'Free Press Journal' in English and 'Jam-e-Jamshed' in vernacular language.

This matter earlier appeared on board on 25th November 2016 when Advocate for Petitioner was directed to file Additional Affidavit mentioning the details of the legal heirs. Advocate for Petitioner states that accordingly, Additional Affidavit of Petitioner dated 1st December 2016 is filed with the Registry on 06.12.2016. He tenders copy of the same. As per said Additional Affidavit, deceased died as bachelor and parents of the deceased predeceased the deceased. It is also stated that there are no legal heirs.

Perused para - 9 of the Petition. As per said para, there are no legal heirs left by the deceased. The deceased died as bachelor and parents of the deceased are predeceased.

It is informed that the said Petition is pending till date.
