The same is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b), which are reproduced hereunder : (a) Court Receiver be discharged without passing account and Plaintiff may be directed to pay costs, charges and expenses of the Court Receiver, as per the provisional statement of Accounts prepared by this office upon taking inspection;
(b) cost of this Report may pleased be awarded in the sum of Rs.3,000/- (Rupees Three Thousand only) and incidental expenses;

The dues of the Court Receiver including costs and expenses shall 1/3
be paid by the Bank within two weeks from the date of this order. The Report is accordingly disposed of.
