Heard the Petitioner in person and learned counsel for the Respondent-Union of India on the Notice of Motion No. 382 of 2018 seeking condonation of delay in filing the Review Petition. The delay is of 16 days. We find that the same has been satisfactorily explained. Accordingly, the delay in filing the Review Petition is condoned.
