1] This is a petition filed under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, whereby the petitioner has prayed for extension of the mandate of the arbitral tribunal, to enable the arbitral tribunal to complete the arbitral proceedings and publish an award. It is submitted that final arguments are heard and the arbitral proceedings are closed for award. 2] Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection for the prayers as made in the petition.

3] Having perused the averments in the petition, the mandate of the 1/2
