The Petitioner has challenged the order dated 12 July 2018 of the District Magistrate, Thane, under section 14 of the SARFAESI Act and the notice dated 13 August 2018 for taking physical possession of the secured asset i.e. flat in question. Inasmuch as the Petitioner has an alternate remedy before the DRT, we are not inclined to entertain the Petition. The Petition is accordingly dismissed. All contentions are kept open. (RIYAZ I.
