On the backdrop of the earlier orders passed by this Court and the subsequent developments that the arbitral tribunal itself has rendered award on 16 December, 2021, which is placed on record by way of an additional affidavit as filed on behalf of the petitioners, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to file appropriate proceedings. However, he would contend that the interim order passed by this Court be continued to operate for a period of three weeks.

Learned counsel for the respondents would not be averse to such course of action.

The petition is accordingly disposed of with liberty to the

Interim orders passed on this petition shall, however, continue to remain in operation for a period of three weeks from today. There shall not be any further extension. The continuation of interim order is no expression on the merits of the rival contentions of the parties, which now may be asserted in appropriate proceedings. 5.

Disposed of. No costs.
