The grievance of the Petitioner is that though he has filed an application under Section 148(3) of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960 before the Registrar, Co-operative Societies on 20th February 2016, but till date the said application has not been decided by him.

Today when the matter came up for hearing, the only prayer made by learned counsel for Petitioner is that Respondent no.1 Commissioner and Registrar be directed to decide the said application (Exhibit-F) as expeditiously as possible. 3.

In view of the aforesaid limited prayer, we dispose of the petition by directing Respondent no.1 to consider and take

2 of 2 DB.16.WP.2798.2016 appropriate decision on the said application Exhibit-F in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, if not already decided, and preferably within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Petition stands disposed of.
