The above Company Petition was rejected by an order dated 2901-2012 fir non-removal of office objections. The Applicant/Petitioner has taken out the above Company Application only on 11-11-2014 (after almost three years) praying that the Order dated 29-01-2012 dismissing the Company Petition be set aside and the Company Petition be restored to file. Though the Company Application is filed on 11-11-2014, objections are raised by the Court office on 26th November, 2014, the same are not removed till date. In view thereof, the Company Application is dismissed for non-removal of office objections.
