Mrs. Ambekar, 2nd Assistant to the Court Receiver states that pursuant to the order dated 18th November 2016, notice was sent to all the residents of the building to discuss on the Notice issued under Section 354 of the MMC Act. The Minutes of the Meeting dated 2nd December 2016 is filed in which it is stated that none of the residents attended the meeting and 9 of the envelopes sent, returned with the endorsement "Not Known". Defendant no.8A has informed the Court Receiver that since last two years, nobody is residing in the said building and the building is totally vacant. Shraddha Talekar PS 1/2

The Report accordingly disposed in terms of prayer clause (c). The charges to be paid by the plaintiff.
